The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. We take very seriously About Project issue or any Fault case regards cancellation on Web Design and Logo Design services First we verify each every project according clients needs and sales project if project handover and services given after verified project and services after no cancellation will be entertain in case getting any issue contact us within 24 hrs we will resolve your issue and if product doesn't support after get the delivery immediately contact support however still you wanted to cancel the project or services we will refund 50% of payment of your purchase amount or any query contact customercare team: support@starunified.com
If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will verify every sale and services regards logo and web design services in case we found wrong or not authorized services or project cheerfully issue a full refund. If in case you have authorized the project and verified sale we will refund 50% of the purchase payment To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within thirty 24 hrs of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 7 days period.
